lets get it started

last night i went to a discussion at sport spectrum about running and nutrition, although, i'd still like to talk w/ someone about running and nutrition for people that are trying to lose weight as well as meet a performance goal.

tonight is 20 minute run according to schedule...I'm not quite up to running 20 minutes straight yet without stopping, but can for about 12-13 minutes so will do my best to "break through the wall" and get it done =)

I hopefully will start a running class tanya tingle told me about that is tuesday and thursday mornings at 6am...I'm waiting to hear back from the coach first though on signing up and location, etc.

You are doing great Jac! I started my training about 2 weeks before my life changed, so I'm living through you right now, so YOU HAVE TO DO IT!! I know you can! Praying for your strength!
